ConstructIQ is a single workspace for builders, contractors, and site managers to run construction projects end to end — from kickoff through handover. First built in 2019 and used on real job sites, it's now being rebuilt on a modern stack for 2026.
Construction teams still coordinate projects across spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and paper. Material orders slip, subcontractor schedules drift, and permits and drawings live in a dozen inboxes. ConstructIQ pulls projects, teams, materials, progress, and documents into one place so site managers always know where a job actually stands.
V1 shipped in 2019 and validated the workflows on live projects. The V2 revamp — a Next.js / Node.js / PostgreSQL rebuild on AWS — is in active development for a 2026 release.
