1. Business Information
"xNuvio" is the brand name of XNUVIO, a Udyam-registered sole proprietorship (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-WB-07-0133497) owned and operated by SK MD Nurujjaman. References to "we", "us", or "xNuvio" in these terms refer to this business.
2. Services
xNuvio provides AI application development, custom software development, SaaS application development, cloud infrastructure consulting, and related technology services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of each engagement are agreed in a written proposal before any payment is made.
3. Payments
All prices are quoted and payable in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Project Timeline
Timelines are agreed upon before project commencement. Delays caused by client-side feedback or requirement changes may extend delivery dates.
5. Intellectual Property
Source code and deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. xNuvio retains the right to use generic frameworks and reusable components.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, India.
7. Limitation of Liability
xNuvio's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
