MigrateFlow is a self-serve data-migration platform that lets teams plan, validate, and run large migrations through configurable pipelines instead of brittle, one-off scripts. It's the productised version of the serverless migration system we built to move millions of user and loyalty records across markets for a global QSR brand.
Data migrations are high-stakes and usually hand-rolled: a pile of scripts, a maintenance window, and a lot of hope. There's rarely a dry run, validation is inconsistent, and rollback is an afterthought — so a single bad batch means lost data or downtime. MigrateFlow makes migrations repeatable, observable, and reversible.
